They did such a great job! I was recently in a car wreck and have been unable to do somethings that i normally can, and we had someone recently move so there was a lot of dust kicked up. I asked Ecomaids to come out to help calm the chaos created. The team that came to work was so kind and efficient! They did even more than I expected. They managed to dust hard to reach areas, cleaned the outside of the backdoor windows that were muddy from the dogs, and managed to get stains off the stove top that were there since i bought the house and had assumed they were going to be there forever. The house still smells so good even days later. This was my first time working with Ecomaids but will not be my last! Thank you so much! ~ Emily O

Maria and Marco did a great job! I hurt my ankle and I can’t move so I hired the company to clean my apartment. I am a clean freak and Maria and Marco met my expectations. They are amicable, with a good work ethic. They paid attention to every detail in the house. I say that because there was a spot on the bathroom that I have been trying to clean for months and when she asked me to see if I was satisfied with the service I noticed that the specific spot was clean. Maria is thoughtful in her service. She left a cute decoration which I think it’s a nice touch. I highly recommend them. But really the service was of good quality. ~ Anabel O

When I tell you that this has been THE best cleaning service EVER—It is an understatement. I have hired several different maid services in the area. There is no competition. The other ones “tidy;” this one CLEANS!!!! Here are things they did that I’ve never seen any other maid service do even when I pay for the “deep clean”: Cleaned under the rugs, moved my huge sectional couch to clean under and behind it, cleaned under beds, cleaned cord, wiped walls down. They cleaned the heck out of this house. Yessy and Keyla were outstanding! I highly recommend Ecomaids. You won’t regret it (and I can’t say the same about some of the others). Update: since my original post, we’ve had Ecomaids clean our house several times. They have consistently been outstanding in terms of cleaning and overall customer service. The maids consistently go above and beyond. After about nine years in The Woodlands, I found this to be by far the best Maid Service. ~ Courtney

First of all....so friendly!! From the moment I called to the day they arrived. I was so comfortable with the process. The ladies came in, introduced themselves and jumped in. My mom is a senior and was nervous since she had never had anyone come in and clean for her, they were so kind and patient with her. The owner came to monitor since it was the first day, what a wonderful person to work with! I was immediately comfortable with her. I loved having the house so fresh! We keep the house pretty cleaned up, but needed help with mopping, vacuuming and dusting...more deep cleaning. Everything looked wonderful and even the countertops sparkled! I did miss the fresh scents, however, it is so much healthier for my mother who has asthma not to have strong cleaning odors. They are adding a natural lavender scent to the vaccum cleaner next time...for me...lol! Yes, we are going to be repeat customers! Ask about their specials! Ecomaids of the Woodlands did a first class cleaning of our 2500 square foot house last Thursday. Both Mary and Lorena worked continually all the time they were here making sure that they made sure to cover all of our concerned areas. All items were meticulously. cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, or washed leaving our house immaculate when they left. Karina and Magdalena have been cleaning for us for years now! They are part of our family. We always look forward to their services every 2 wks! Ecomaids did a wonderful job cleaning our home. The team of courteous professionals arrived on time which says a lot for them . They have a systematic effective way of dividing up the house . They thoroughly vacuumed, mopped the wood floors ,dusted the baseboards and furniture . The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The chemicals they use are eco friendly. Karina and Magdalena from Ecomaids of the Woodlands did a wonderful job. I have a 2700 sq ft house and they cleaned from the ceiling to the floor throughout the entire house. They dusted all the furniture and light fixtures. The also dusted the blinds. They wiped down the entire kitchen including the cabinets. They vacuum everything and cleaned the bathrooms and laundry room. Extremely happy with the job they did for us. Will definitely use them again. ~ Zettia G

Eco-maids and their co-owner Marcela were great. They were prompt, responsive, professional, and worked hard. My 88 year old grandfather is living alone in a house too large for him and things badly needed a deep clean. They worked from 12:30-4:30 cleaning his house and the results were great. I wish I had before and after pictures. On the way out, they offered to refer me to a few other necessary services and I cannot express how much I appreciate that. 10/10 recommend eco-maids. ~ Amy S

I absolutely love Eco maids! Sergio is always very quick to respond and thoughtful. Maria, Jennifer, Marco cleaned today for me. They were very thorough and sweet. Also they were super patient with me while I ran around picking up items (which they will do, but I always do that myself because I’m just that type of person lol.) I will continue to use them! I had used this company and was very impressed, but this time I was disappointed which is why I gave a 2 star review, I have changed it to a 5 star because the owner Sergio took the time to reach out to me and allowed me to discuss my disappointment and he was very genuine in his apology to me on behalf of his staff.As mentioned before they service the first time was Excellent! Ecomaids completed an initial move in clean at my new home and one follow up so far. The owners responded promptly to my initial inquiry and they are both very hands on. Keyla and Emma did an amazing job! This was their first time coming to our home and cleaning. They were so thorough with their cleaning and really went above and beyond! Ecomaids does a great job and are very professional! So glad we hired them to keep our home in tip top shape. At first, I didn't want them to even bring their own cleaning products because of covid but I realized they have great protocols in place to prevent spread from home to home. I initially had The Deep Cleaning preformed which is much more costly than reoccurring cleaning....BUT WORTH EVERY DOLLAR OF IT!!! When they were done the house 🌟SPARKLED 🌟 I had been looking for someone using NON FRAGRANCED products and I found them in Ecomaids of The Woodlands! The team was able to customize a regular deep cleaning and we flexible and accommodating in scheduling (weekly, biweekly etc) based on my needs and travel schedule.
